4. The Creative connects the client and Lindner Legal for an in-depth legal clearance search. All liability for the search results is the responsibility of Lindner Legal LLC.

5. Lindner Legal LLC sends the client back to the Creative with a full understanding of the legal strengths and risks of each mark option.

6. The Creative and the Client make a final decision on which mark to proceed with.

7. The Creative sends the Client back to Lindner Legal LLC for trademark registration, which ensures the new mark is given national protection.
